Sweat & Sculpt
It’s detox time – a mix of strength and cardio for a full body sculpt. This class is all about strength blocks using weights, body weight and props with short bursts of low-impact cardio to get the heart racing and the sweat flowing.
Modifications and adjustments are always offered to suit your fitness level and abilities.
Contour & Condition
This strength focused class lets you find control over each muscle group by using repetition to find the burn. Using a variation of weights, other props and body weight you will leave feeling more contoured than ever.

Release & Restore
A focus on traditional mat Pilates, working from top to toe. Your chance to Release and Restore as we move around the entire body using lights props. This class finishes with a full body stretch/mobility flow. A great class to start with if you are new to Pilates.

You & Your Rascal
We know how hard it can be to fit in time for you - this designated class offers an enclosed play space as well as plenty of space to park the pram or capsule.. There is no expectations around this class, we know some days our bubs will co-operate and other days they won’t, and that is just fine - we want you to enjoy moving and interacting with other mums and bubs. These classes will vary between Sculpt & Sweat, Contour & Condition and Restore & Release and will be run without heat.
