Sweat and Sculpt
It’s detox time – a mix of strength and cardio for a full body sculpt. This class is all about strength blocks using weights, body weight and props with short bursts of low-impact cardio to get the heart racing and the sweat flowing.
Contour and Condition
This strength focused class lets you find control over each muscle group by using repetition to find the burn. Using a variation of weights, other props and body weight you will leave feeling more contoured than ever.
Form & Flow
Bringing it back to the fundamentals of Pilates with a bit of Refinery spice - in this class we will focus on combining traditional Pilates principals and contemporary flows to work on balance, flexibility and co-ordination with the use of resistant bands, Pilates balls and body weight to strengthen and lengthen through mindful movements.
Stretching and mobility will also be incorporated into this class for an all over 'feel good' flow.
This 50 minute class is versatile and accessible for all levels.
